1. A good multivitamin - for daily use

2. Magnesium oil - I rub on thin skin, like the forearms or behind my knees, as magnesium is best absorbed through the skin. Magnesium is antispasmodic, so I also lubricate my stomach if I have a  pain or you can lubricate directly if you have cramps. It's also soothing, so it's good to lubricate before going to bed.

3. Magnesium glycinate powder. There are many forms of magnesium, but not everyone is well absorbed in the body. This is good and can be used as a supplement to the oil. I often vary between capsules, powder, oil and magnesium bath (epsom salt).

4. Propolis - including the natural antibacterial and booster immune system, therefore nice against colds.

5. Vitamin C - in higher doses than you can buy in Norway. I like to have this lying to take if I'm getting cold. Also to prevent. See how I use both Propolis and Vitamin C HER.

6. Chromium - regulates blood sugar by helping insulin to get the sugar into the cells. May be nice to use in a startup period when changing diet if you are struggling with unstable blood sugar and sweets.

7. Berberin - a herb that is also nice for blood glucose control

8. L-Lysine - Nice to have in the closet if you struggle with herpes outbreaks around the mouth. 1000 mg morning and evening, in addition to vitamin C and zinc once you know it dots. (And 100% tea oil, possibly ointment from the pharmacy right on where you know it).

9. Tea tree 100% - is naturally antibacterial and can be used for herpes ulcers, mosquito nets and other small thighs.
